Frequently Asked Questions

Below is a list of general questions about our process. If you have any further questions, please contact us or visit our showroom located in Phoenixville.

  • The first step is simply a conversation. We’ll discuss your ideas, cemetery requirements, and budget, then guide you through design options at a comfortable pace. We recommend visiting our showroom where we have samples, photos, and design books. We can always accommodate over the internet as well.

  • No appointment is needed, although we do recommend making one. Our office and showroom is open Monday thru Thursday from 10am to 4:30pm and Friday from 10am to 3pm.

Early morning, evening, and Saturday appointments are available if these times are not convenient. We also offer home visits.

  • Common options include flat markers, bevel markers, slant markers, upright monuments, and memorial benches. Each style offers different visibility, design space, and pricing.

  • After your consultation and selection of the memorial, we will prepare a drawing for your approval. This allows you to see the exact design prior to any engraving being completed.

We ask that you verify the information and the design. If necessary, notify us of any changes to be made and we will revise the drawing.

  • Typically, it takes 4 to 6 months from the final design approval. Some, depending on shape, design, or origin may take longer. Weather, cemetery delays, or other factors can also affect the timeline.

  • Typically, we’ll need the name(s) to be engraved, dates (if known), the cemetery information, and any design preferences such as style, shape, or artwork.

  • Yes. Each cemetery has specific regulations regarding size, material, thickness, and style. We handle all coordination and ensure the memorial complies with cemetery requirements.

  • No. We will take care of all the arrangements for you. We will contact the cemetery and confirm any special requirements to install your memorial.

  • Yes. Our Memorial Specialists will help guide you through design options over the phone and email. We recommend looking through our gallery to see if you like a particular design or color to help navigate the options.

  • In many cases, yes. Additional inscriptions, dates, or restoration services can often be added to existing memorials, depending on the stone’s condition and material.

  • Cemetery lettering, because it is done outdoors, can be delayed by bad weather. For this reason we say it may take from ten to fifteen weeks to be completed.

  • Sure, contact us today! We are able to help in any way possible.
